Immersion Ag – Immersion Silver
Typical thickness 0.05 – 0.30um. Shelf life: 6 months

IAg (Immersion Silver) PCB delivers smoother surface than HASL PCB. This kind of PCB surface finish is perfect for circuit in high density.
